Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched Monday – Thursday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping is available NZ-wide. Delivery pricing will be shown at checkout, with additional charges for rural addresses where applicable.

We aim to have all orders placed before 12pm, Monday – Thursday, prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched on the following delivery day.

Our meals are sent chilled and packaged to maintain quality during transit. While overnight delivery is the standard, we cannot guarantee next-day arrival in all cases. Rural addresses and South Island deliveries are more susceptible to delays — we recommend allowing an extra day where possible.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before dispatch. To avoid delays, please respond promptly to any email or phone call from our team.
